Return policy

guarantee:

URW guarantees the other party that the rebuilt exchange parts , upon delivery and 24 months after, will be free from material and/or construction faults, and that the rebuilt exchange part meets the requirements applicable in the industry.

return:

If you want to return the products without any complaints, you need to send them back within 14 days after receiving them.

returning of the old core:

Upon the delivery of URW exchange parts, a deposit is invoiced in order to have the old core returned to URW. If the old core is not returned, the deposit must be paid. The old core to be handed must be identical to the rebuilt exchange part that was delivered. The old core needs to be returned to URW within 6 months after the invoice date, in order to receive a credit note for the deposit money. Returned parts can only be accepted if they are packed in the original package.

The deposit will partially/ not be credited if the old core has one of the following faults:

1. Bent or damaged knuckle/pully
2. Damaged gear rack
3. Damaged connection/ thread
4. Damaged pinion/ reservoir
5. Support broken off, or broken bolt in support
6. Any external damage which disables rebuilding
